Located in the historic section of Mount Pleasant is an old ferry terminal building that is now known as Alhambra Hall. You can get a spectacular view of Charleston Harbor from the porch of this building. The grassy area outside is also a popular spot for outdoor activities, with some short walking paths near the marsh. Across the street, you will find a large playground and a restroom building.

How to Get There
Take I-26 to the Mount Pleasant exit and drive over the Cooper River Bridge. Get in the lane indicating “Coleman Boulevard”. Stay on Coleman Blvd. and go over the Shem Creek bridge. Stay in the far right lane and go straight into the Old Village on Whilden Street. Go southeast on Whilden Street for about eleven blocks, then turn right onto McCants Drive. Follow McCants Drive, which soon becomes Middle Street. The park will be on both sides of the street.
