The town of Fort Mill is fortunate to have a 2300-acre greenway with a wide variety of scenery around the northern section. Donated by the Springs family, this recreation area has plenty of lakes, ponds, creeks, farmland, bridges and old buildings. Trails are available for hiking, horseback riding, and off-road bicycling. There is also a paved trail for the handicapped.

How to Get There
The “Nature Center” entrance to the Greenway is on the US #21 Bypass just north of Fort Mill. From I-77, take exit #85 and get onto SC #160 east. Turn left onto the US #21 Bypass and go north a few miles. The Greenway entrance will be on the right. Other entrances are available to different parts of the Greenway.
