Photo tour

Come to Gyles Park in Aiken to relax and learn all about the Charleston and Hamburg Railroad. Two old railroad passenger cars and a caboose are undergoing restoration here. A replica of the Aiken Depot, which existed from 1899 to 1954, has now opened. It contains a visitors' center and a museum with dioramas depicting what was once the longest railroad in the world.

Outside, you will find a playground and picnic tables here.
