This park is in a historic neighborhood of downtown Charleston, about halfway between the Waterfront Park and the Battery. Many local residents come here, but it is not well known among Charleston's visitors and tourists. You will find here a dog park, a ball field, basketball and tennis courts, and plenty of playground equipment. A recreational building houses activities at certain times of the year.
