Visit Overton Park for a nice, relaxing afternoon on the shores of Lake Moultrie. A sandy beach overlooks the lake, and it is a great swimming place, complete with lifeguards, changing rooms, and showers. Several picnic shelters are also available. There is a great playing structure on the beach with views of the lake.

• Picnic shelters are available for rent from $25.00-$50.00.

How to Get There

• From Moncks Corner, take US #52 north toward Florence, and turn left on Powerhouse Road. Turn right at Old Black Road. Turn left onto Short Stay Road, and the entrance will be on the right.
