Finlay Park is a really great city park in downtown Columbia. In the past, it has been known as “Sidney Park” and “Seaboard Park”. It includes a man-made pond and waterfall, walking paths, two excellent playgrounds, porch swings, and two stages. Many outdoor concerts and community events are held here.
